"Boll Weevil 100"
Bike Ride & 5K Fun Run
The Enterprise Lions club is the proud sponsor of the annual "Boll
Weevil 100" Bike Ride and 5K Fun Run through the hills of beautiful Coffee County.
This is the start of
the bike riding season. The "Boll Weevil 100" is broken into three
rides; a 25-mile, a Century (100K), and a challenging 100-mile ride.
The Fun Run is a 5K course to walk or run. All profit will be
used for charitable work in Alabama. All
bike participants will receive medals after completing the ride. All participants
(including 5K Fun Run) get a commemorative T-Shirt.
The 1st 100 participants to register will receive their T-shirts on the day of the event. All others will have their T-shirts mailed to them. You may also order extra T-shirts/sweat shirts/riding wear at the even with our famous Boll Weevil logo. These will be mailed to you as well.
Come join the best professional bike ride! All riders are encouraged to be present for registration on Friday, April 17th (4:00-8:00 p.m.) at the Enterprise Civic Center: book a room at one of our wonderful hotels, drive the bike route, and share our peaceful countryside before the ride starts on Saturday, April 18th. Registration continues Saturday morning (5:30-7:00 a.m.). There will be a complimentary continental breakfast available during registration on Saturday (5:30-7:00 a.m.). Start time for all bicycle events will be 7:30 a.m. The Fun Run starts immediately after the Bicycles have left.
