Boll Weevil 100
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Pre-Registration. You may pre-register online up to the Wednesday prior to the event. After Wednesday, online registrations will no longer be excepted and you must register at the Enterprise Civic Center.
Bike Ride REGISTRATION: Each participant in any of the bicycle events will receive a medal and T-shirt for finishing the event.
1. You may pre-register up to the Wednesday prior to ride. Register online below, or print Registration Form (click to print) and mail, or bring in with payment.
2. Registration is: $35.00 each for adults, and $25.00 for each child under 18. Payment can be by either MC/Visa/AMEX/Discover/PAYPAL.
3. Register by adding either/or "Adult" or "Child" registrations to the shopping cart. The shopping cart is a secure registration. Remember to change number in shopping cart to reflect the number "Adult" and "Child" registrations.
4. In the "Message to Seller" block on the "Billing Information" page, enter the "NAME/AGE/T-Shirt SIZE" for EACH participant.
5. Agree to the following waiver: I understand that the "Boll Weevil 100" ride is a strenuous event and may require special bicycle handling skills according to the weather and road conditions. I am aware of the risks of bicycling and of participating in this event. I voluntarily assume such risks. In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event: 1. I release for myself, my heirs, and personal representatives, and the undersigned registrant under age 18("minor") the Enterprise Lions Club and their respective directors, officers, volunteers, and staff (indemnities) from any claim, liability, demand, action and cause of action whatsoever (collectively, "claim") arising out of this event; 2. If registered as a minor, I (as a parent or guardian) agree to indemnify and hold harmless each indemnities against any claim for any loss; 3. Consent to emergency medical treatment if I am injured; 4. Shall obey traffic laws and practice safety in bicycling; 5. Agree to wear an ANSI or Snell approved helmet on all bicycling activities at this event. If no signature of parent or guardian appears below, registrant is deemed to confirm being at least 18.

Fun Run/Walk REGISTRATION: Each participant in the fun run/walk event will receive a T-shirt for finishing the event.
1. You may pre-register up to the Wednesday prior to the Fun Run. Register online below, or print Registration Form (click to print) and mail, or bring in with payment.
2. Registration is: $15.00 each for adults and children. Payment can be by either MC/Visa/AMEX/Discover/PAYPAL.
3. Register by adding "5K Fun Run" registrations to the shopping cart. The shopping cart is a secure registration. Remember to change number in shopping cart to reflect the total number of participants for the fun run/walk event.
4. In the "Message to Seller" block on the "Billing Information" page, enter the "NAME/AGE/T-Shirt SIZE" for EACH participant.
5. Agree to the following waiver: I understand that the "Boll Weevil 100" FUN RUN/WALK is a strenuous event. I am aware of the risks of participating in this event. I voluntarily assume such risks. WALK-IN REGISTRATION: (Fill out registration and sign a release form.)
1. Walk-in registration is at the Enterprise Civic Center, 711 Crawford St. Enterprise, AL 36330.
2. The Civic Center will be open for registration:
Friday, April 17th 4:00 - 8:00 PM
Saturday, April 18th 5:30 - 7:00 AM
3. The cost for single walk-in registration is $35.00 no age limit.
4. Family walk-in registration is: $35.00 each for adults, and $25.00 for each child under 18.
5. You will receive one check-in packet with wrist band for each rider at this time.
CHECK-IN: (For those that have pre-registered.)
1. Check-in at the Check-in counter at the Enterprise Civic Center, Sign a release form.
2. You will receive one check-in packet with wrist band for each rider at this time.
AFTER THE RIDE:
1. Check in to get your time and so we know you are back.
2. Get your medal at the FINISH LINE. One per rider.
3. Leave your name and E-Mail on our Notification Clipboard to be notified for next years Boll Weevil 100.
